I did some checking, and the current price of propane is $ per gallon install . I bought my heat pump at my supply house had it all set up.
Description:Wed May 25, 1: If the heat pump cannot reach the desired temp within a certain timeframe, it will use the backup heat as a supplemental heat source. If the heat pump cannot keep up cannot maintain the desired temp , it will also use the backup heat.
